on solution is an extension of an existing BSM or CMDB
implementation. The BSLM packaged solution provides the customer
with a Production ready implementation of Formula supporting the
following functionality:

customer network, systems, & applications management
- Integration of key business metric data
- Create SLAs based upon integrated IT and
business services
- Monitor and measure service compliance in
real-time
- Isolate potential problems before they
occur
A BSLM engagement is comprised of the following

Formula’s BSLM Components, including Relationship Mapping of
BSVs with OLAs, KPIs and Calendars

A typical BSLM solution can be deployed in 10
– 20 days, dependent upon availability of hardware, software
